Return and Refund Policy — HugWear

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return To be eligible for a return, please contact our customer service at info@officialhugwear.com to start your return process. Include your order number, which you received in your confirmation email or on your invoice.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to the customer (e.g. you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or color), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged item, wrong item shipped), we will cover the shipping costs.

All items must be returned to our warehouse in Asia.

Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping items back to us securely
  • Any customs/duties associated with the return (if applicable)

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@officialhugwear.com, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds Once we receive your return package, we will inspect it within 2–4 business days. If approved, we will issue your refund. After the refund is processed, it may take 3–5 business days for the money to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Please note: It can sometimes take additional time for banks or credit card companies to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@officialhugwear.com
